Agreement
By installing or using Until Nxt ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please uninstall the app — that fully ends your relationship with us.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable, non-exclusive licence to install and use Until Nxt on any iOS device associated with your Apple ID, subject to the App Store's standard terms.
Pro purchase
Until Nxt Pro is available as an auto-renewing monthly subscription ($2.99/mo), an auto-renewing yearly subscription ($14.99/yr), or a one-time Lifetime purchase ($24.99). All transactions are fulfilled by Apple. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period until you cancel in your Apple ID settings — open the App Store app, tap your avatar → Subscriptions to manage or cancel. The Lifetime purchase is one-off and never renews. Prices shown in the paywall are final and include any applicable taxes. Refunds are governed by Apple's App Store policy — we are not able to process refunds directly. Restoring on a new device is free; tap "Restore purchases" in Settings.
Acceptable use
Don't use Until Nxt for anything illegal where you live, and don't try to reverse-engineer, repackage, or redistribute the app. The bundled background images are licensed for personal use inside the app only.
No warranty
Until Nxt is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep reminders accurate, but the app should not be relied on as the sole mechanism for life-critical events (medical, legal, financial).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Until Nxt is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the twelve months before the claim arose, or US$5 if you didn't purchase Pro.
Changes to the terms
We may update these terms when the app changes meaningfully. Material updates are surfaced in-app and reset the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
