Privacy policy

Summary

Until Nxt is a local-first app. Your events, settings, and any photos you pick as backgrounds stay on your device. We do not run analytics, we do not send your data to any server, and we do not share anything with third parties. Reading the rest of this document is optional but recommended.

What we store on your device

Until Nxt writes the following into your device's private app sandbox:

• Events you create (title, date, category, background, reminder settings).
• App preferences (language, theme, birth date for the Life screen).
• If you upgrade to Pro: a flag noting the purchase succeeded.
• If you pick a photo as background: a copy of that image, only used by Until Nxt.

This data never leaves the device unless you back it up to iCloud via Apple's system backup, in which case it follows Apple's privacy terms.

Permissions

Until Nxt asks for access to Photos only when you tap "Pick from gallery" and for Notifications when you toggle a reminder on. We use those permissions only for the feature you just tapped — never in the background.

Purchases

If you choose to unlock Until Nxt Pro, the purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card details, address, or full name. The App Store reports back to the app only whether your account is entitled to Pro.

Children

Until Nxt is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from them. The app contains no advertising and no third-party SDKs.

Changes

When this policy changes meaningfully (for example if we add new data collection or integrations), the in-app version of this page is updated and the "Last updated" date at the top moves forward. Continued use of the app after that constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
