How do I restore a previous Pro purchase?

Open Until Nxt → Settings → Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. If nothing happens, double-check the Apple ID in Settings app → [your name] → Media & Purchases.

I bought Pro and the lock icon is still showing.

Try Settings → Restore purchases first. If that doesn't help, fully quit Until Nxt (swipe up from the app switcher) and relaunch. Still stuck? Email us with your purchase date and the email tied to your Apple ID.

The widget isn't updating / is showing an old day count.

iOS refreshes widgets on its own schedule — usually once an hour and at midnight. To force-refresh: long-press the widget → Remove → re-add it. If it still shows yesterday's count after midnight, please email us.

How do I add a Lock-Screen widget?

Long-press your Lock Screen → Customize → Lock Screen → Add Widgets → Until Nxt. Lock-Screen widgets are a Pro feature; on the Free tier you'll see an "Upgrade to Pro" tile that opens the app.

Where is my data stored?

Everything is on your device. We don't sync to the cloud and we don't run analytics. If you delete the app, your events go with it. See the privacy policy for full detail.

I want a refund.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Until Nxt purchase, and submit a refund request. Apple decides; we don't.

Can I export my events?

Not yet. Right now Until Nxt is offline-first with no export feature. If this matters to you, please write — we want to hear which formats people actually need (calendar invite, CSV, JSON) before we ship one.

How do I delete all my data?

Open Until Nxt → Settings → Delete all data. This removes every event from this device and cannot be undone. Notifications you've scheduled get cancelled automatically.
