Common questions

  • Where is my data? On your device only. DailyMate never sends your tasks or notes to a server. A free, private iCloud backup keeps them safe and moves them to a new device.
  • How do I restore my purchase? Open the paywall and tap “Restore purchases”, or reinstall the app while signed in to the same Apple ID.
  • How do I cancel Premium? Settings → your name → Subscriptions, on your device. Access stays until the end of the paid period.
  • How do I delete my data? Uninstall the app — iOS removes the app sandbox, database, and cache.
